Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. If you’re concerned about an exact match, just convo us – we’re happy to send free color samples (up to 5) so you can compare all the shades of a color we offer.

But with our goof-proof guarantee, if anything goes wrong – you sneezed, the cat attacked, etc… we’ve had some fun ones over the years – we will replace the damaged part, whether it is the whole decal or one torn letter. All you need to do is take a picture of the decal, let us know what happened and pay a discounted rate.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Every Wall Quotes decal is easy to apply, comes with complete application instructions and an application tool, and are just as easy to remove – but unfortunately cannot be reused (bummer, we know). They can be applied to almost any surface flat or lightly textured walls, finished/painted wood, painted concrete, glass, appliances, furniture, tile, and more. Unfortunately that means highly textured walls and woven wallpaper are not good application surfaces. In this case you can always hang it on a glass frame, wood sign, or plexiglass instead! We also have video application tutorials available on the link in your package. If you’ve recently painted your walls, we suggest allowing at least 3 weeks for the paint to cure before applying the new wall quote.

SHIPPING: We will ship to the address provided by Etsy (unless otherwise notified) and cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an out-of-date address. If we have to re-ship your package because of an old or mistaken address, we will have to charge standard shipping rates. This allows us to continue to offer free shipping to all our customers.
All of our Wall Quotes decals are made to order and will ship 2-3 business days after payment is received and the design approved. For shipments within the US, this usually means your order will arrive between 5-7 business days after payment. For orders to Canada, delivery can take longer.

DISCOUNTS: We can offer quantity discounts on duplicate items (e.g. labels). All discounts are determined on a case by case basis based on material usage and design complexity. If you would like to order multiple designs, just convo us and we can help you out.
