PERSONALIZATION
-There are options graphics in the product photos. Please write the font and thread color names you want from this chart in the “personalization” section during your order.
-You can have your baby’s name written as long as there are a maximum of 2 names.
-The font seen in the photos is the “Daydream” font and this font will be used as the default unless you say you want a different font.
-The embroidery length will be between 13-18 cm depending on the length of the name to be written.
-Unless stated otherwise, the embroidery thread color will be white.
-Name embroidery will be done on the middle-bottom part of the blanket.
-Font or monogram cannot both be selected. Either a font or a monogram must be selected.

CARE:
Hand washes 30 degrees with colors only.
Do not tumble dry.
Avoid contact with zippers or sharp and pointed objects.

NOTES:
Be sure to write down your mobile phone number to solve possible problems during shipping.
Product color may appear different in real life than on the screen. This is due to the fact that every monitor has different capabilities for displaying colors, and individuals may perceive colors differently.

RETURN POLICY:
I accept returns only for items that are NOT personalized and custom-made. Customers are responsible for return costs, and the item needs to be returned in its original condition.

We do not accept cancellations, and We do not offer free repeated shipping under the following circumstances:
1. The customer fails to pick up the package on time from the postal office, resulting in the package being returned to me. In such cases, the customer needs to pay for another delivery, or the order will be canceled, with only half of the price refunded.
2. The customer provides an incorrect address. It is essential to include the full recipient’s name and phone number.
3. If an order was made by mistake, I only accept cancellations if the customer contacts me within one hour of placing the order.
